Welcome to Enzodi.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit enzodi.co.uk, create an account, purchase a product or otherwise use our website and services.

In these Terms, “Enzodi”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Enzodi. “You” and “your” refer to the person using our website or purchasing from us.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About Enzodi

Enzodi is an online clothing brand operating from the United Kingdom.

Trading name: Enzodi
Email: hello@enzodi.co.uk
Website: enzodi.co.uk

Our online store is hosted using Shopify.

We may also use third-party manufacturers, print providers, fulfilment partners, payment providers and delivery companies to help produce, process and deliver your order.

Your contract for products purchased through this website is with Enzodi, not with our manufacturing, fulfilment, delivery or technology providers.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or another user's account

  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Scrape, copy or reproduce substantial parts of the website without permission

  • Use our content or intellectual property in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of another person

We may restrict or suspend access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect Enzodi, our customers or our systems.

3. Accounts

You may have the option to create an account with Enzodi.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and should contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Information supplied when creating an account or placing an order should be accurate and up to date.

You remain responsible for checking that your delivery address, email address and other order information are correct before submitting an order.

4. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Product photographs are intended to represent the product accurately, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and manufacturing process.

Because garments may be produced in different batches, minor variations in colour, positioning, finish or measurements may occasionally occur.

These reasonable variations do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not comply with applicable consumer law.

Product availability may change without notice.

We may discontinue products or designs at any time, provided this does not affect orders we have already accepted.

5. Made-to-Order and Third-Party Fulfilment

Some or all Enzodi products may be manufactured, printed or prepared after an order is placed.

We use third-party production and fulfilment partners to manufacture and/or dispatch certain orders on our behalf.

This means your order may enter production shortly after being placed.

Where an order has already entered production or fulfilment, we may not be able to physically stop it from being manufactured or dispatched.

However, this does not remove or restrict any cancellation, return, refund or other consumer rights that you have under applicable law.

A standard Enzodi design does not become a personalised product merely because it is manufactured after you place your order.

Products genuinely personalised or made specifically to your individual specifications may be subject to different cancellation rights. Any such restrictions will be clearly explained before you order.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.

After placing your order, you will normally receive an email acknowledging that we have received it.

An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.

We may need to refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example:

  • A product is unavailable

  • We cannot obtain payment authorisation

  • There is an obvious pricing or product information error

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

  • We cannot deliver to the address provided

  • The order breaches these Terms or applicable law

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled products.

A contract between you and Enzodi is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, normally when your order is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched.

7. Prices

The price you pay will be the price shown during checkout when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious errors before the contract is formed.

Prices presented to consumers will include any taxes that we are legally required to include in the displayed price.

Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, local customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these are not collected by us at checkout, you may be responsible for paying them to the relevant authority or carrier.

We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

8. Pricing Errors

We try to ensure that prices and product information are accurate.

Occasionally, an obvious error may occur.

If we discover a significant pricing error before accepting or dispatching your order, we may contact you and give you the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the affected item for a full refund.

We will not knowingly charge you a different price from the price you agreed to without your agreement.

9. Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available during checkout.

You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payment information may be processed by Shopify and/or third-party payment providers. Enzodi does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment card information.

If payment cannot be authorised or is later reversed, we may cancel the relevant order where legally permitted.

10. Delivery

Available delivery methods, costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.

Because we use third-party production and fulfilment partners, production and delivery times can vary.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided to you.

Where UK consumer law applies, we will deliver your order within the agreed delivery period or, where no different period has been agreed, within the period required by law.

Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather or other unforeseen events.

If a significant delay occurs, please contact hello@enzodi.co.uk.

Nothing in this section removes any right you may have to cancel an order or receive a refund because of late or failed delivery.

11. Risk During Delivery

Enzodi remains responsible for the goods while they are being delivered to you where required by applicable consumer law.

For UK consumer orders, risk generally remains with us until the products come into your physical possession, or into the possession of another person you have nominated to receive them.

This may differ where you independently arrange your own carrier rather than using a delivery option offered by us.

If your parcel is lost or damaged before delivery, contact hello@enzodi.co.uk so that we can investigate it.

12. Incorrect Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or fulfilment.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was supplied, additional reasonable delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.

This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by Enzodi or one of our service providers.

13. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.

For eligible UK distance purchases, consumers normally have a legal right to cancel an order for standard goods during the applicable cancellation period.

Operationally, we may not always be able to stop an order once it has entered production or dispatch. This does not affect any applicable statutory right to cancel and return an eligible product.

Please contact:

hello@enzodi.co.uk

before sending any return.

Do not send products directly to a manufacturer, production facility or address shown on an original shipping label unless Enzodi specifically instructs you to do so.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms affects your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

14. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and photographs of the issue where appropriate so that we can investigate.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

Any request that you contact us promptly about a manufacturing issue does not shorten your statutory rights.

15. Exchanges

We may not offer direct exchanges.

Where applicable, you may need to return the original item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a separate order for the replacement product or size.

This does not affect any remedies available to you for faulty or incorrect products.

16. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Enzodi may offer discounts, promotional codes, giveaways or other promotions.

Additional conditions may apply to individual promotions.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Only one promotional code may be used per order

  • Promotional codes may have an expiry date

  • Promotions may apply only to specified products or customers

  • A promotion may be withdrawn before an order is placed

We will not retrospectively remove a discount from an order that has already been accepted solely because the promotion later ends.

17. Charitable Giving and Social Impact Initiatives

Enzodi may from time to time operate charitable giving campaigns or other social-impact initiatives.

Where a purchase is advertised as generating a charitable contribution, the relevant product page, campaign or promotional terms will explain the applicable contribution, cause or organisation.

Unless a specific charitable contribution is stated in connection with a product
